Hi, For Past 3 Weeks I Had Stomach Pain Followed

Hi,

For past 3 weeks I had stomach pain followed by jelly like in stool. I had consulted doctors, they gave take let's like - Flagyl, paraxin, metrogryl. When I stop tablets, the problem again occurrs. When I take tablets, I don't have diherrea or abdominal pain and no kept like substance in stool. This problem started with a fever.

Please let me know what could be the problem. Also, kindly let me know what food I can take at this time. And what is diet way to counter this problem.
