Hi I Am 26. My Last Period Was September 21

Hi I am 26. My last period was September 21 I have abdominal pain and a heavier then normal white discharge, also pain that has felt like cramps. I have been having unprotected sex and we have used the pull out method. Took a pregnancy test on Sunday October 25. I was at the doctor a few months ago and had a cyst on my right overy they wanted to watch..but I'm nervous cause I have never had a missed period. Is there any chance I could be pregnant?
