Hi, I Am 26 & Husband 32yrs And Have Been

Hi, I am 26 & husband 32yrs and have been married 1 yr old.Since we are planning to have a baby but I have not yet conceived. I have been diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovaries and irregular Period . My period cycle is roughly 60 to 70 days. I have took yamini tab,metformin 500mg twice a day, as well as myonext tab at twice a day for last six month.the doctor has adviced me Stop Yamini for this cycle. Take inj HMG 75 in I/m on 2nd,4th, 6th day of cycle. take clomid 100mg from 3rd day for5 days. undergo sonography for development of follicles on 3rd 10th , 14th, 16th and 20 thday of cycle.In the follicular study report impression no well developed follicles in both ovaries till 20th day.
Pls Dr what I do...pls suggest some medication and treatment method
Can I undergone laproscopy?
