Hi I Am 26yrs Old Girl And I Have Dark

Hi I am 26yrs old girl and I have dark circle on my chick for 2years. I have been using hhlite before and now I am using banatan cream for two months. But I haven't seen any improvement instead increase as thr the year past. I have been going through many skin specialist but didn't get any response with my treatment. Now I am using home remedies besan with honey after I wash off I applied banatan cream. Do you think it would work. Could you please tell me what to do.
