Hi , I Am 39 And Had Compound Fracture In

Hi , I am 39 and had compound fracture in my tibia also broke my fibia and my ankle . This happened about 13 years ago , so I have metal rod in my tibia and 2 screws in my ankle and 2 just below my knee. My question is will the screws stay in permanently and will arthritis set in ? Will I always get pain in winter and in hot weather? my knee clicks every time I bend it and most of the time it gives me pain , also my leg has bowed slightly (is this normal)
