Hi, I Am A 17 Year Old And I Have

Hi, I am a 17 year old and I have a bit of acne (though I think it's going down), and I recently noticed a place on my face that is really weird. It is a lump that is still skin colour, but if I press on it, or play with it, it feels as though there is something inside that can be moved, like a liquid, but very viscous, and it has a strange feel when moved. I don't know how to best explain it, say it's a bunch of little balls that slide around, I can feel that kind of thing, sorry if that doesn't help. Should I be worried about it though?
