Hi, I Am A 17 Year Old Female And I

Hi, I am a 17 year old female and I have been having severe stomach pains. Not like cramps and not general in the abdomen. It is on my right side, right underneath the rib, and in the area of the stomach organ. The same is happening on the left side but more in my pancreas area. I am also having nausea but only at night and even without eating. I wake up with a stiff neck and sometimes am very weak. I also get shortness of breath a lot. I am at a healthy weight of 127 and am 5'3. I am sexually active. My question for you is what could be wrong with me?
