Hi.. I Am A 32 Years Old Women. Height 5'6".

Hi.. I am a 32 years old women. Height 5'6". I am facing this problem for last 2 months. It started as a mild pain towards the right side of the chest while breathing.. Which lasted for couple of seconds. Then the same thing happened towards left side after a couple of days.. And now I am having quite a discomfort in both my arms.. Upper back.. I feel lot of heaviness in my chest and my neck and jaw line stretching. I have been to the doc multiple times and after getting some blood test done.. They say everything is fine.. And it might just me a muscle problem. But I am not very sure about it as I even feel suffocated at times as if my nose and ears have been blocked.
