Hi, I Am A 40-year-old Indian Gentleman Working In Johns

Hi, I am a 40-year-old Indian gentleman working in Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare on a contract basis.
My problem is my both feet have full of pits, small small tiny hole, in the entire feet, more on the plantar aspect. Another thing my feet are dry and have cracks, although I uses cotton shocks when going out.

Please help me to identify this problem...
