Hi, I am a 54 yr old white female. I am moderately fit and healthy. I sit down a lot at work. Three yrs ago I had sciatic pain going up my right side. I also have sore hips occasionally when I get physical (sex). But for the last 14 months have had a freezing feeling in the lower right leg. It always feel very cold but my feet feel fine. It keeps me from sleeping properly. I have cholesterol of 6.7 but am healthy to donate blood etc. i have also been advised not to wear steel caps / tight shoes as my left foot had a lot of burning tingly feeling this seems fine now but the freezing feeling on right leg has got worse. Please advise?
