Hi, I Am Normally Very Healthy, But Tuesday Morning Last

Hi,
I am normally very healthy, but Tuesday morning last week I felt a sore throat and achy. Have been having a fever and chills all week on and off. Sore throat on and off and on Sunday lost my voice, but it is coming back today. I also feel congested and I have green and yellow discharge from my nose and throat....
I felt pressure in my chest on Sunday as well, but that is gone now.
This morning I woke up with a big sinus headache. I usually get over colds/flu in a few days this is going on over a week. I have not had a fever at all today.
Should I see a doctor? Or will this pass?
