Hi I Am Suffering From Heavy Constipation From Last 4

Hi I am suffering from heavy constipation from last 4 year.in the morning if I stool well my day spent well otherwise my mind regularly think negative thoughts which increases mentally depression as well as high blood pressure.
Now a days I feel uncomfortable and unsecured everytime as well as day and my nights are sleepless.
For constipation I used syrup and domestic products.
