Hi. I Am Taking Effexor XR 300 Mg And Ziprasidone

Hi. I am taking Effexor XR 300 mg and Ziprasidone 60 mg together sid. I am on these because of severe depression and PTSD. In July, 2015, I got a concussion. Since August 2015, I have had major skin irritations. I feel itchy all the time and cannot stop scratching. Do you think this could be a result of the concussion or the result of interacting Effexor with Zeldox (Ziprasidone). I have read that it can cause heart issues, which I have none of, but it also says it can cause hives and rash which I have everywhere but my face and head. Could you advise me if you think the rash itchiness could be caused from the head injury or the drug interaction?
