Hi I Am Trying To Find The Doctor Who Charged

Hi I am trying to find the doctor who charged me $49 and $19.95 without ansering my question. And did not tell me ahead of time that he was going to charge me twice. I got in touch with him and lost his name. He then told me he would refund the $19.95. When nothing happened for several weeks I contacted him again. He then said he would refund the $49 as well. Again I heard nothing and contacted him. This time he said he would mail a check but it would take several weeks. It has been since the end of last year and again I have received nothing. I need help, I'm 72 years old and live off SS and this is a terrible way to treat people. Please help me. Thank you, Delia Lopez
