Hi I Believe I Have A Minor Varicocele Because I

Hi I believe I have a minor varicocele because I expiriance pain that worsens throughout the day in my upper right scrotum area. The pain also subsides when laying down. Also the veins on my right side look thicker and swelled. So my question is if I accually have a varicocele? Also do I have to see a doctor because I really don't want to. And by the way I'm 16 and have been feeling this pain for 3 days now
