Hi I broke my second toe and an x ray has revealed that it is now healed. When is it safe for me to start weight training again, please? I do Pump that involves 50 minutes of weight training to music. The largest weights I use are 10 kg for squats. I use 2.5kg for standing bicep curls. Kind regards Helen
Hello Helen from my own opinion I am suggesting that you take at least one or two month time off in order to all the toe heal properly you can take calcium supplements to enhance the healing process
