Hi , I Bumped My Head Pretty Hard 6 Days

I bumped my head pretty hard 6 days ago. I cannot feel a lump and there is no cut or bruise that can be seen . It is sensitive in that area and i have had a headache since that day. Nothing i take makes the pain go away. No the sun is too bright for me and my right eye(Got bumped on the left) is blurry and sore. I cant look up or down. The right side on my face has a numbing sensation , which is coming and going. I wasn't feeling nausea until i ate .
