Hi, I Developed Hardly Noticeable Pain On Top Of My

Hi, I developed hardly noticeable pain on top of my back (inside my chest), and then I noticed it on top of my chest (also inside my chest). Now the pain spread down and to the sides (also inside my chest). Feels like the pain is originating in my bronchi and lungs. No other symptoms, excepting unusual headache. It started about three-4 weeks ago. Feels like dull needles. No cough, no sinus, no URI symptoms. I did have water retention in my ears which affected my hearing. It felt like I have water in my ears.
