Hi, I Discovered This Morning That On My Left Breast

Hi,
I discovered this morning that on my left breast there is some slight redness. It's in an uneven pattern, very light and looks like a rash but not evenly spread out. I do not have any pain, or warmness. This is my third day of having a cold and I noticed this appearance change this morning. Im not able to tell if there is slight pitting or if its stretch marks. My concern is IBC.
