Hi I Got Some Weird Pain In Mt Breast Specially

Hi I got some weird pain in mt breast specially right one since last few days. Also my period days hv reduced from 4 to 2. I am 35 yr old married n no kids now, 3 yrs of marriage. I am on medication since last 1 week but it gives me temp relief. Have got my thyroid test done its normal. Abdomen sonography done normal , but my haemeglobin is 9.6. I have done my mammography and it says ( hypoechoic area noted in the upper right quadrant with calcific foci noted within appears to benign, probably fibroadenoma. Intramammary node noted in the right outer quandrant. Left breast cyst noted- birads II . Am scared Pls help me how to heal this at the earliest.
