Hi I Had A CT Scan And The Results Say

Hi I had a CT scan and the results say I have Mucosal disease involving bilateral maxillary and ethmoid sinus.
It also says I have focal calcification in the caudate nucleus.
I have blocked nose with no sense of smell for a year now .

can you please help me in interpreting these results. Thank You.
