Hi I Had A Stapedectomy Done On Oct 9th &

Hi I had a Stapedectomy done on Oct 9th & I'm currently experiencing loud pulsating throbbing sound & having awful pain in my ear along with crackling popping sounds sometimes. When I'm in a room of people I can hear some of what there saying then at times it can get really loud. I also feel beyond congested stuffed up ear & head wise and been blowing my nose today. Also still feel dizzy & some vertigo. Is all this normal?
