Hi, I Had A Testicular Injury Or Crashed On Petrol

Hi,
I had a testicular injury or crashed on petrol tank on a bike accident 6 months before. After 2 weeks of pain, seen a doctor and Ultrasound test show grade 1 varicocele on left testicle.
3 months before I had severe pain or right testicle and treated with antibiotics for infection. Then the ultrasound test suggested bilateral varicocele.
2 months before I had severe swelling and pain on left and treated again for antibiotics for orchitis. After 2 or 3 week a small atrophy could be seen and the pain and swelling persisted. so took another higher antiobiotics.
Is it takes much time for healing on a condition with injury and infections.
I had a severe hit on my leg and veins below that area and the foot veins are still in pain. Is that could trigger varicocele or get it worse.
I really have a burning sensation and increase on temperature over my scrotum often.
