Hi. I Had Loparascopic Surgery On May 17th. Four Days

Hi. I had loparascopic surgery on May 17th. Four days later I developed a rash around my incisions. I went to the ER on the 22nd and the doctor was concerned that it might be a staph infection. He did a swab and sent it off. I just read the results online, which say "Few gram positive cocci, no white blood cells observed, rare epithelial cells." The doctor prescribed antibiotics on the 22nd as a precaution. Three days ago I started developing large wells under my skin (no hives). They are large in very itchy. I thought maybe it was an allergic reaction from the antibiotic so I stopped taking them. Am I positive for staph? If so, could that be what's causing the swollen areas under my skin? Should I resume the antibiotics?
