Hi, I Had Sex With My Boyfriend (using A Condom

Hi, I had sex with my boyfriend (using a condom and lube) last week a couple of days after my period. During intercourse he hit I believe one of my walls on the left side of my vagina. Hurt like hell and the day after I had slight pain in the same area. Couple days after I started feeling gassy and a lot of gurgling, along with the slight pain in the same area. Now that a few days passed, it has slightly gone away, but I still feel it and now it has shifted to the other side of my lower abdomen.. Would this mean I'm pregnant? Or hurt in some way. My discharge is normal, just a little grainy, but I think thats normal for my ovulation period.. I'm kind of paranoid and want to know what's up. Hope you can help.
