Hi, I Had Skin Masses Removed From My Lower Stomach

Hi, I had skin masses removed from my lower stomach about 1 month ago. Last Thursday I went to c my dr. In his office b cuz I had swelling n bruising on incision areas due to hematomas. The dr. Removed fluid from both sides n I felt better. But now I'm having swelling again. What should I do or what do u think is causing it?
