Hi I Had Unprotected Sex Today (ejaculated Inside Her )

Hi I had unprotected sex today (ejaculated inside her ) with my wife at 11.20 am ans she took an iPill at 11.45 am just within 30 mins. today is 22/07/15 and she had her period on 17/07/15 and she said she was clean from yesterday (21/07/15) and she always have regular period !

but the problem is after taking the ipill he have had unprotected sex (ejaculated)within 3 hours again .
no we are very scared and don't want a children now .
Shall she take another ipill within 72 hours again or the first ipill she took 3 hours ago will work fine for her!
