Hi I Had White Coating On My Tongue And Lasted

I had white coating on my tongue and lasted for 2 years, It cleared up for about 3 months and has now come back. There is also stringy bits on the inside of my cheeks. Sometimes tongue does burns as if I have burnt it with coffee. I am going through the menopause and not sure if this is related. At the time of this starting my hair also starts to fall out which stopped for a while but since the coating on my tongue has come back my hair is falling out again. I had a biopsy on my tongue to check luncheon planus and it was negative. Do you have any idea what this is please
