Hi I Have A Cold And Took Blood Pressure Meds

Hi I have a cold and took blood pressure meds on accident I had been feeling bad since yesterday ever since I took it and just a while ago I woke up in a sweat puddle and just feeling desperate to jump into something cold and I just without thinking turned on the shower on full blast of cold water only and I have never taken a cold shower willingly or almost at all. What should I do?
