Hi, I Have A Relative Who Is 72 And She

Hi, I have a relative who is 72 and she has to wear a pad almost all the time due to urine leakage when she coughs. She is complaining about itchiness and soreness in her vaginal area (both inside and out) as well as her rectum. She does not have any kind of discharge. I know the constant moisture from the pad can cause the itchiness and tenderness. Should I be concerned she might have some type of skin rash?
