Hi I Have A Sharp Pain In My Right Side

Hi I have a sharp pain in my right side of ribs just below my right pec but on the very side of my torso, the pain suddenly started about 15 hours ago and is very painful to twist my turso or get in and out of bed. in the last 7 day I threw the right side of my neck out and also pain between my spine and shoulder blade. Thanks
