Hi, I Have A Very Uncomfortable Situation, For Quiet Few

Hi,
I have a very uncomfortable situation, for quiet few good months i've noticed a realy bad smell coming from my ladies parts. I went to my doctors, had few tests done, even for STDs, altho i didnt had any sexual pleasures for long time before my problem started and still dont have to today, but everything came back good. I have tried plenty remedies like bathing in camomille, changing the shower gel. Am clean person, i take showers everyday. I can have a shower and after few hours when i go to bathroom, i can start to smell it again. I dont know anymore what to do.
