Hi, I Have Been Getting Bacterial Vaginosis And Or Thrush

Hi,
I have been getting bacterial vaginosis and or thrush about every two weeks for about 4 months. It always seams to come after sex or just before my period. I have moved to a very hot country so I don't think that helps.
I don't use soap to wash in the shower and I have been using Candida and coconut oil to try and sooth the itchiness. I have also been using balance active bv liquid to try and balance my ph.
My vagina is so red and swollen and itchy for about a week and I get a white discharge.
Is there anything else I can do to help make it better. I asked my boyfriend to also stop using soap when he washes, but I still get it all the time.
Recently I got tested for chlamidyia and gonerea and came back positive for chlamidyia but I got it cleared up with antibiotics. That was over a month ago now.
