Hi I Have Been Having Tailbone Pain With Sitting Which

Hi I have been having tailbone pain with sitting which has worsened over the past year. I am now seeing a physical therapist weekly with some improvement but still not resolved. My xray showed displacement of the coccyx bone. Recently I had an MRI of the pelvic area which was negative but the DR indicated that there is a ovarian cyst. Could this be causing the pain in my tailbone? Also what other treatments are recommended if physical therapy is not effective?
