Hi, I have been taking Vitafusion Fibre Well Gummies for 5 weeks now. Started out taking 4 per day and was crampy for the first week. The second and third week I felt fantastic and was having regular, solid bowel movements. Since week 4 I have been experiencing cramping and diahrea. I have reduced my dosage to 2 gummies every morning, but I am still experiencing cramping and diahrea. What should I do and is it normal?
