Hi, I Have Been Taking Meftal Spas For A Long

Hi,
I have been taking meftal spas for a long time now. That is from the time I first got my period(at the age of. 13 till now age 22). So that's like nearly 10 years.I always get serious muscle cramp, abdominal pain and swollen abdomen on the first day of period. Even after taking meftal pain does not totally subside but it gets bearable, I don't feel like throwing up n I usually don't and the stomach is still swollen. Since it helps.with the pain n nausea over the time I am getting really dependent on the medicine.I want ed to know if monthly usage of the meftal is gonna cause harm in anyway. I don't usually take more than one tablet and that too only on the first day.
