Hi, I Have Been Talking Like Gibberish Since 10 Years

Hi, I have been talking like gibberish since 10 years now. Olof and on, never can tell when it will happen. It is a fast unknown language. I would like to know what cause this. It sounds like another language or something. People have heard me and don't know what to think of it. I was taken to the ER o cue and the doctor that attended me said it was gibberish. Has to be something that can cause this.
