Hi I Have Bumps That Appear At The Bottom Of

Hi I have bumps that appear at the bottom of my legs and on my elbows, as soon as I scratch them the begin to bleed. I've been dealing with this since I has pregnant a year and 11 months I'm going crazy, it wakes me up in the night. I've finally decided that I'm going to see the doctor about it tomorrow. I haven't gone because my previous family doctor told me it was just dry skin but I swear it's not! No non medicated cream has fixed my skin problem and I am going insane!
