Should I Consider Changing From Candesartan Due To Nighttime Palpitations, Especially Since I Have Bradycardia And Can T Use Beta Blockers?

Hi, I have essential primary hypertension but I am sensitive to medications first I was talking Amlodipine that cause palpitations at night and swelling then doctor changed to lisinopril that caused severe chest infection and caught. Now I am using Candesartan 8 mg my blood pressure is under control and some time by diastolic pressure is 62 initially I was happy with Candesartan but after one month of using Candesartan also started night time palpitations at sleeping. I wake up from the sleep due to palpitation and when I wake up then suddenly my heart become relax but when I sleep again then I wake up again due to palpitations. Please advise me should I change Candesartan. Normally I have bradecardia because my heart beat at rest is 48 that’s why the doctor said I can’t use beta blocker.
