Hi, I Have Experienced Three Apthous Mouth Ulcer Outbreaks In

Hi,
I have experienced three apthous mouth ulcer outbreaks in four months that are very severe and seemed to come out of nowhere. I have never had canker sores this big and painful and long lasting. I am very afraid that it could be a sign of HIV as the mouth ulcers came from nowhere. It is winter season so I had a mild fever that went away and have had slightly swollen glands that are not swollen any longer. Could these symptoms also be related to HIV? Is my severe outbreak of apthous mouth ulcers a clear sign of HIV? I am very very afraid.
