Hi, I Have Gotten My Ears Pierced In January And

Hi, I have gotten my ears pierced in January and they we're some cheap fake earrings. In February one of my earslobes became swollen but I was using the cleanser and alcohol to clean both ears daily. I took out the earring to the swollen earlobe and squase the pus out and cleaned it really well. My earring hole closed. But there is a little knot in the back of my ear lobe. What is it and what do I need to do, so I can be able to get it repierced? Please help.
