Hi, I Have Had Swelling And Blockage For Two Weeks

Hi, I have had swelling and blockage for two weeks today. I've been drinking more water and have taken Miralax for the past three days to help rule out constipation. I've been able to squirt out very thin and very short stools but only a couple then mostly water. Just now, I tried to squirt out anything and this green creamy stuff squirted out. It is nto a dark green but rather like a kelly green. I have had blockage surgery three times due to ahesions. However, I'd like to try to move this stuff first; but is this new green issue something that I should go to emergency? My doctor retired last month and I didn not know until I tried to call him Friday. Should I continue to try to work through this or should I go to ER? thx
