Hi, I Have Had These Symptoms For Approximately Eight Weeks

Hi, I have had these symptoms for approximately eight weeks and was wondering if your doctors could advise me what I may be looking at.
It all started on the 25th August with sweets, heat palpitations', dizzy ness, tingling legs and arms, and chest pains. These symptoms can strike at any time of the day with no apparent rim nor reason. I have seen a cardiologist with the heart showing no sign of failure nor difference in shape. I am currently going to have a CT scan where a dye is sent into the heart to hopefully elevate it from the cause. These symptoms can disappear for a few day and repairer.
Please let me know what your prognosis would be
