Hi, I Have Just Had A Laparoscopy Operation On Thursday

Hi,
I have just had a laparoscopy operation on Thursday and a Mirena insertion also. I have been extremely tired, assuming it's from the drugs they have prescribed. But the main issue is that I am having blurred vision. Could this be a side effect from the Mirena and what should I do?
I can't concentrate on the television, look at bright lights or focus on reading as my vision is blurry.
