Hi, I Have Some White Stuff Around My Glans Clitoris,

Hi, I have some white stuff around my glans clitoris, seem like it grows from the inside. I can squeeze them out like acne. Sometime it hurt, sometime it doesn't. Sometime I can use inger tips to clean it out. It doesn't happen everyday, maybe once a two weeks I will find a new one after I cleaned from the last time.
I would like to know is it smegma or leukoplakia?
I once asked a gynae, she said it's just like an "acne" , nth to worry about. Should I squeeze it out or just et it come out by itself and clean it. Sometime if it inside or too long, the skin sore, just like the face acne. frankly I'm still worry.
