Hi. I Have Swollen Lymphnode Since Feb Of 2015 Initially

Hi. I have swollen lymphnode since Feb of 2015 initially i was prescribed to take antibiotics co-amoxiclav and the swelling subside. But I notice that it just keeps on coming back. And now its all over my neck, jaw, armpit and groin area. im losing weight. I have undergone excision biopsy to rule out lymphoma but it only suggests chronic lymphadenitis. Staining was done and the surgeon that did the surgery said that i have nothing to worry about cause it does not suggest lymphoma. Until last Thursday, i started to have fever which made my lymphnode worst it grow huge. Fever only subsides after taking paracetamol and comeback after 3 to 4 hours so i need to take another paracetamol and yes i have been taking paracetamol for the last 8 days. By the way i visited my doctor yesterday and he ask me to start taking anti tb drugs. 3 tablets once a day and Today is my 2nd day of taking medication but my fever is still on. My question is, when will the medication will take effect and will halt my fever? Thank you
