Hi, I Have Was Diagnosed With IGM MGUS For About

Hi,
I have was diagnosed with IGM MGUS for about 4 years ago. I've been seen first year 2x and then 1x per year since for labs etc. I had a bone marrow test and one note was atypical co-expression of cd 56. My light chain ratio seems to be getting more spread out. My Dr. said I have somewhere between a low and medium chance of progression, but said it's out of my control. Should I continue going just once a year or should I go get labs every 6 months. I tried to look up atypical co expression and cant find good results. Thanks, Tim
