Hi, I 'm 64 Yrs. Old And Have Multiple Health

Hi, I 'm 64 yrs. old and have multiple health concerns that I can't get treatment for for lack of funds. My problems are:#1 heart... palpitations regularly and occasionally tachycardia. #2 poor reading vision requiring 200 power reading glasses. # 3 Tinnitus in both ears for 26 yrs. #4 Hep-c diagnosed 22 yrs. ago. #5 Numbness in toes in both feet since 2009 and recently developed reddish brown blotches on the top of both feet. Please help !!!!
