Hi, I Received A Depo-shot In June Of Last Year

Hi, I received a depo-shot in june of last year during the time of my menstrual cycle and later I began to experience brown, itchy , smelly discharge and also I am not sexually active I got the shot under precautionary reasoning but in september when I was due for my next shot I did not go to get it because I never stopped bleeding and having the brown discharge and of now I just experienced an actual menstrual cycle and now I am having the brown discharge again. What can I do to restore my natural discharge ?
