Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I recently had a CT brain and neck to confirm ?Bell Palsy? In the findings they reported "Prominent extra axial CSF cavity involving left middle cranial fossa causing localised mass effect and atrophy of the left temporal lobe". I am 55 years of age. My mother has alzheimers disease. Could you please explain the clinical finding and whether it could be connected to alzheimers disease in any way? I have an appointment to see a Neurologist in 2 months time.
